Free shipping from an order value of 49.00 €

Unfortunately, due to the currently unclear situation regarding the EU Packaging Regulation (Regulation 2025/40 – PPWR), we can no longer ship to EU countries.

Please note that if the order value falls below the threshold for free shipping after a partial return, the free shipping exemption expires and we will charge these costs to you.

How does Anne's Table ship your goods?

We ship exclusively via DHL.
Of course, we also ship your order to DHL parcel stations.

What is the delivery time?

Your order will of course be processed by us immediately upon receipt.
Please note the delivery times specified for the items.
For special orders and custom-made items, we will inform you of the respective delivery time before your order.

How high are the shipping costs?

At Anne's Table, you pay a flat shipping rate of 5.90 € for all shipments within Germany up to an order value of 49.00 €. This only partially covers the costs incurred for postage, freight and packaging; Anne's Table covers the rest. If a shipment is made in several installments for technical or logistical reasons, we of course only charge the shipping cost participation once.

Returns, Shipping Damage or Returns:

Shipping Damage:

Despite all care, damage can occur during delivery due to transport. In this case, we will of course refund you the damaged items free of charge. Please proceed as follows in this case:

1. Report transport damage immediately to the carrier (DHL) upon receipt of the goods.

2. Then inform us of the transport damage identified. Should you wish to return goods, we will arrange the return.
